We will do this by combining a variety of workouts including strength training, cardio, tabata, and HIIT, being sure to keep the energy and results going!

Offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby"!
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by a certified fitness instructor with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser.
Stroller Strides classes incorporate songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises to provide strength for motherhood. Class will ALWAYS be held outside whenever the weather is above 60 - if not we meet inside Grist Mill Fitness.
