GROUP CLASSES - UPPER AND LOWER STRENGTH

All levels class that promises to keep the pace up and get you burning fat while building muscle. We primarily focus on strength training and core stability while offering modifications for all ages and levels to feel safe through a challenging workout to get your body burning fat and building muscle and lengthening the quality of the back end of your life. These classes are broken down either lower strength / upper strength or full body strength. Group Class - The Process

All Levels to Intermediate students will be right at home in this challenging class! The Process takes you step by step through dynamic and challenging movements, led by breath cues, and it will leave you centered, refreshed, and sweaty!
